What we collect when you submit a form on this site
When you fill out a consultation request, free credit assessment, or contact form, we collect only what you type into that form: your name, email address, phone number, state, language preference, preferred contact method and time, your stated goal, any concerns you share, a general estimate of negative accounts, your desired timeframe, and how you heard about us. We do not ask for, and this form will never collect, your Social Security number, date of birth, credit monitoring service login credentials, credit report files, government ID documents, full financial account numbers, or payment information at this stage.
How we use it
We use what you submit to follow up about the consultation or information you requested, and — only for the specific contact methods you separately check below — to reach out by phone, text, or email. Checking one box does not authorize the others; you can decline all of them and we will still follow up about a consultation you requested through the form itself.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. We send no automated messages of any kind — no automated emails, text messages, or calls. Every message you receive from us is written and sent by a person. Any AI-assisted tools we use to help our staff triage inquiries only ever see the information you typed into this form — never a credit report, never information from any other source about you.
Your choices
Every contact permission above is optional and independent. You can withdraw any of them at any time by contacting us, or by replying to any message a team member sends you. You can also ask us to permanently delete your information; we honor that request except for the narrow set of records (like the fact that you asked to be deleted, and any do-not-contact preference) that we're required to keep so we don't contact you again by mistake. How we protect it
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a database access-controlled to authorized staff only. We keep an audit record of who accessed or changed your information and when.
