What this site is for
This website lets you request a free credit consultation, take a short credit assessment, and — once you become a client — access your case through a secure client portal. Submitting a form on this site is a request for us to contact you; it is not itself an agreement to purchase services. Services only begin once you have separately signed a written service agreement.
No guarantee of results
We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will increase by any amount, or that any dispute will succeed. Credit repair outcomes depend on the accuracy of your credit history and the response of creditors and credit bureaus, both of which are outside our control. Accurate information cannot legally be removed from your credit report merely because it is negative.

Credit by Yelison is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and nothing on this site or in our services is legal advice. You always have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your own credit reports directly with the credit bureaus and furnishers, free of charge, without hiring any company, including us.
Your right to cancel
If you sign a service agreement with us, you have the right to cancel that agreement without penalty or obligation within the period stated in your signed contract, in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation instructions are provided in that contract.
Fees
Fees, and when they become due, are set out in your individually signed service agreement — not on this website. We do not charge in advance of performing services except where a written agreement and applicable law specifically permit it.
Acceptable use of this site
You agree to provide accurate information when using our forms, and not to use this site to submit information on behalf of someone else without their knowledge and permission.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, contact us using the information provided elsewhere on this site and we will respond. You may also have the right to file a complaint with your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you submit a form or sign a contract with us is the version that applies to that interaction.
