No guaranteed results, ever

Nothing on this site — including any review or testimonial we publish — should be read as a promise of what will happen for you. We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from a credit report, that a score will change by any particular amount, or that anyone will be approved for any credit product. Individual results vary based on facts specific to each report and each dispute.

What a published review represents

The reviews section on our homepagedisplays only reviews we have received directly from actual clients who agreed to have their feedback published. We do not write reviews ourselves, do not pay for reviews, and do not publish a review without the reviewer's permission. A review describes one client's individual experience — it is not a representative sample and is not a promise about your own results.

No fabricated ratings or awards

We do not display an aggregate star rating, a review count, an award, or a certification on this site unless it is real and verifiable. If we ever add a review-aggregation feature, it will only ever reflect actual submitted reviews — never a manufactured or purchased score.

Case studies

If we ever publish a case study describing how a dispute or review process unfolded, it will describe a real situation with identifying details removed or changed for privacy, clearly labeled as an individual example — not a projection of what will happen in your case.

Why this matters legally

The Credit Repair Organizations Act specifically prohibits false or misleading statements about what a credit-repair company can do. A misleading testimonial is exactly the kind of statement that law is meant to prevent, which is why we hold ourselves to this policy rather than treating testimonials as ordinary marketing content.
